• Contact us by phone, email, or through the enquiry form on this website — typically your name, address, phone number, email address, and details of the work you need.
• Book or receive a service from us — including your property address and details of the appliances and systems we work on.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiry and provide quotes.
• To carry out and document the services you book, including issuing gas safety certificates and service reports.
• To send you safety check and service reminders where you have asked us to, or where we have a legitimate interest in doing so as your existing service provider.
• To keep records we are legally required to hold, such as gas safety records under the Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998.

Our legal bases under UK GDPR are: performance of a contract (providing the services you request), legal obligation (statutory gas safety records), and legitimate interests (responding to enquiries and reminding existing customers about due safety checks).

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only where necessary to provide our services — for example with manufacturers when registering your boiler warranty, with Gas Safe Register where notification of work is required, and with the software providers we use to produce digital certificates and reports. These providers act under contract and may only use your information to provide their service to us.

How long we keep it

Gas safety records are kept for the periods required by law. Quotes, invoices, and job records are kept for six years in line with our tax and legal obligations. Enquiry details that do not lead to work are deleted within twelve months.

Your rights
